Hi, I’m Angela, the founder of Reflective Educators HQ, where I combine over two decades of experience in secondary English teaching, early childhood education, leadership, academic research, and professional development. My work has always been grounded in helping educators and leaders use reflection as a practical tool to strengthen practice, inspire teams, and create meaningful change.

Alongside this, I bring a deep interest in personal growth and wellbeing. As a trained yoga and meditation teacher, Emotional Intelligence coach, and strategic life coach, I support individuals to cultivate clarity, resilience, and intentional living. My approach draws on skills in communication, mindset, and behavioural change — helping people shift limiting patterns, strengthen self-trust, and unlock new possibilities in their personal and professional lives.

At the heart of all my work, whether in education or personal development, is the belief that reflection creates space for growth, clarity, and transformation.
